Andersonville gay bar crawl

Andersonville is second only to Boystown when it comes to its LGBT bar scene. Here’s how to hit up the best in one marathon night.

Start your night on Clark at The Sofo Tap (4923 N. Clark St. 773-784-7636), where nightly drink and events include Slingshot Sundays with karaoke and Tuesday Tringo—a trivia/bingo hybrid.

Next, head to T’s (5025 N. Clark St. 773-784-6000) for a round of drinks on the sidewalk patio. Then, Amp up the energy at bumpin’ club Atmosphere (5355 N. Clark St. 773-784-1100), where male dancers hit the floor Thursday through Saturday nights.

Cool off with a classic cocktails—don’t miss the manhattan—at cozy Marty’s Martini Bar (1511 W. Balmoral Ave. 773-561-6425).

Ready for a bite? Hit Hamburger Mary’s (5400 N. Clark St. 773-784-6969) for a round of burgers—plus karaoke or a cabaret performance upstairs in Mary’s Attic.

End your night on the dance floor at Andersonville’s The Call (1547 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. 773-334-2525), which hosts frequent theme nights, including a Britney Spears night every last Friday of the month.
