Chicagoist reports: Rick Bayless has signed on with Crown Imports, distributor of Corona and Negra Modelo, to create a craft beer with a Latin twist.
The decision hasn't come without backlash, however. Bayless has been criticized on Twitter for choosing to team with a national company instead of working with a Chicago-based craft brewery as he has in the past (most notably for his past collaborations with Goose Island).
