Alex Ageneau joins Paris Club as executive chef

Chef Alex Ageneau, who began his American career under Roland Liccioni at Les Nomades, has joined Paris Club (59 W. Hubbard St., 312-595-0800) as executive chef.

It's a great get for owners RJ and Jerrod Melman and partner Jean Joho; Ageneau has been attracting notice in Los Angeles with his work at The Royce (as executive sous chef under David Feau) and BreadBar (helming popup restaurants with chef Jet Tila).
