Monica Dim/Public House
Drink: All I Do is Gin, made with ginger-infused gin, grapefruit, simple syrup, ginger beer and lemon juice.
Why she loves it: "Just like the song that gets stuck in everyone's head, this cocktail is designed to do the same, Monica says. It's not a one and done drink. Gin can be very intimidating to people ... but the ginger influence gives it a crisp finish." Why she deserves your vote: "I've been bartender since I was old enough to hold a shaker," she says. "Well, I've been bartending since college. I'm friendly and fun, don¿t take myself too seriously and I serve up my drinks fast, fresh and with a smile." |
