Sneak peek of the LollaShop
Lollapalooza's official pop-up shop called LollaShop opens Friday to the public. RedEye got a sneak peek of what's inside at 332 S. Michigan Ave.
Commemorative t-shirts, jewelry and hats can be purchased at the shop one week before the fest gates open to music fans. No ticket required.
Hair stylists will be on hand to offer hair braiding, chalking and accessories while shoppers hang out for live performances on the Fender Stage. There's also a complimentary cell phone charging station, pinball machines and chances to win free tickets and other prizes. A special edition Lollapalooza bike from Heritage Bicycles General Store will be signed by artists and auctioned off as well.
The LollaShop and its extension LollaCart on the first floor of The Shops at North Bridge at 520 N. Michigan Ave. will be open Friday to Aug. 5.Want more? Discuss this article and others on RedEye's Facebook page.
