Saul Hernandez: The songwriter in two of  Mexican alternative rock’s most revered bands, Jaguares and Caifanes, is playing a rare acoustic tour, in which he’ll focus on how some of the more enduring songs in the Latin-rock canon were written and originally conceived, 10 p.m. Monday at Lincoln Hall, 2424 N.
