Lady Gaga was sporting half-shaven, dyed-brown hair and a black Megadeth T-shirt that exposed her tattooed arms Wednesday when she visited Wicker Park. So in other words, the pop star fit right in.
Gaga -- whose rumored boyfriend, Taylor Kinney, is filming NBC’s “Chicago Fire” in Chicago -- bought makeup, skin care and bath products from Mojo Spa as well as purses and a sequined top from Recycle Men's & Women's Designer Resale.
“She asked if I had any vintage Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Christian Dior,” Recycle co-owner Ron DeRobertis said. “I didn’t know who she was, but she had this huge bouncer and a personal secretary. I asked her if she wanted to see the prices and she said ‘Not really.’ She didn’t even try the stuff on. I asked her what she does and she told me she was a hairdresser.”
Store B Vintage had just closed for the night when Gaga stopped by, but the store made an exception for the world famous singer and let her in. I’m told Gaga bought so many designer garments, hats and purses, the store needs to replenish inventory.
“Happy you found some treasures at our store!” Store B Vintage tweeted to Gaga on Thursday. “Rock the [bleep] out of the DIOR turbans.”
In addition to shopping, Gaga visited Salud Tequila Lounge for drinks. According to Salud’s Facebook page Wednesday, “Lady gaga stopped by Salud for some #tequila earlier."
