For non-football fans forced to watch the game, the halftime spectacle is more than half the fun. Reports surfaced that this year's performance will feature music by Bruno Mars, a pop tenor who effortlessly injects the moxie of old school greats like Michael Jackson and Elvis into his music. In recent years the game has seen a knockout show by Beyonce, as well as a spate of older acts, including the Who, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, and Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band.
