Happy Anniversary, folks.
That's right, exactly one year ago today Kevin Pang and I put all the McMeats on one bun and ate it as a goof.
It ended up getting mentioned on "The Tonight Show".
How the hell do you top that? Easy. You make it locals-only. Only food from Chicago restaurants are used this time.
I combined a Mastodon from Kuma's Corner, a wild game sausage from Hot Doug's (antelope if you're wondering), a taco de panza (pork belly) from Big Star, and an entire slice of deep-dish sausage pizza from Lou Malnati's.
