Sighting: Brandon Marshall catches Broadway musical, 'Wicked'

It was date night in the Marshall household Saturday with the Bears not scheduled to play until Monday. Pro Bowler Brandon Marshall and his wife Michi Nogami-Marshall had dinner at Petterino’s in the Loop and then took in a performance of the Broadway musical “Wicked” at Oriental Theatre. Marshall had lunch Tuesday at Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse in the Gold Coast.

Injured Bear Lance Briggs was spotted Oct. 29 at Rockit Bar & Grill.

NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen attended Lurie Children’s Hospital’s Champions for Children’s fundraiser Friday at the Hilton Chicago hotel. The Bulls’ Carlos Boozer dined Oct. 30 at Sunda. Teammate Jimmy Butler hung out Oct. 25 at Parliament. Retired NBA enforcer Charles Oakley had dinner Saturday at Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab.

Retired Major League Baseball star Mike Piazza dined Friday at Chicago Cut Steakhouse while in town for the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame’s induction ceremony.

The Blackhawks’ Jonathan Toews had dinner Thursday at Roka Akor. Teammate Michael Kostka dined Oct. 28 at Jake Melnick’s Corner Tap, Friday at Sunda and Sunday with fellow Blackhawk Brad Mills at Joe’s Seafood.
