Americana and barbecue are the dynamic duo at Bub City, but it’s all tiki all the time at basement lounge sibling Three Dots and a Dash, due to open any day now. Helming the bar at this long-awaited hot spot is former Whistler bartender Paul McGee, who puts a contemporary spin on traditional tiki staples.
