Alison Brie and Dave Franco dine at RPM Italian, another Lollapalooza low for Cee Lo, Wyclef performing at Underground

The Lollapalooza sightings have begun.

“Community” actress Alison Brie and rumored boyfriend and “21 Jump Street” actor Dave Franco had dinner Thursday at RPM Italian. Franco, brother of James Franco, took in the Lollapalooza festitivities with “Fright Night” co-star Christopher Mintz-Plasse in 2011.

(It should be noted that Brie’s “Community” co-star, Donald Glover, aka Childish Gambino, will perform at Lollapalooza Sunday and at the CK One-sponsored Rock the Vote Nights party at the Hard Rock Hotel later that night.)

“True Blood” and “Magic Mike” actor Joe Manganiello dined at Paris Club Thursday. “Cougar Town” actor Josh Hopkins opted for dinner  at Hub 51 that night.

Pete Wentz and his Black Cards bandmate Spencer Peterson DJed the Hyundai-sponsored party at Angels & Kings, which Wentz co-owns, in the Hard Rock Hotel Thursday. Wentz and former "Malcolm in the Middle" actor Chris Masterson headed to Board Room later that night and were seen taking pictures of themselves.

Not again: Cee Lo Green does not have much luck at Lollapalooza lately. The "Forget You" singer, who was booed during his Lollapalooza set in 2011, was putting on a much better show Thursday at the Soul Electronics-sponsored party in the Hard Rock Hotel's Fender Ballroom but then said he couldn’t play the last song due to equipment malfunction.

He spent the last few minutes of the show, which began with a set by R&B singer Miguel and was attended by rapper Twista and “Mob Wives Chicago” cast member Pia Rizza, talking to the crowd and taking photos with them, likely because he was scheduled to play until 2 am and needed to stall. “I’m scared they’re going to take my money back from me now,” Green told the audience.

Earlier in the day, Green had lunch at Manny's Cafeteria & Delicatessen in the South Loop. He ordered the corned beef reuben sandwich and took a photo with owners with Matt and Dan Raskin.

About today: Wycelf Jean will perform at The Underground. Fellow rappers Wale and Rockie Fresh will appear at Enclave. … R&B singer Frank Ocean will perform at Metro. … “American Idol” alum Haley Reinhart will perform at the CK One-sponsored Rock the Vote Nights party at the Hard Rock Hotel. … Beastie Boy DJ Mix Master Mike will spin at Vertigo Sky Lounge in the Dana Hotel Friday and Saturday. ... Singer Dev will promote CK One color cosmetics at ULTA Beauty on State Street. ... Chris Kennedy (aka Chris Masterson) will DJ at Nellcote.

On the record: "It's a really well-known name. But honestly, I don't know much more than that. I mean, I've played Chicago a lot. It's one of the first cities that I started playing. This is the first festival I'm doing there. So I'm really excited to see what the fuss is about." -- DJ and Lollapalooza headliner Avicii talks to MTV about Lollapalooza.

More Sightings: Former Destiny’s Child singer and Rockford native Michelle Williams stopped by The Shrine Thursday. … Reality TV star-turned-talk show host Bethenny Frankel hosted Michigan Avenue magazine party at Market Thursday. … The Cubs’ Randy Wells and White Sox’s Jesse Crain and Gordon Beckham all ate separately at Hub 51 Wednesday.
