Celebrity dish: Giordano's 'Jenny's Fave' stuffed apple pie

This one is for those of you who save room for dessert.

“Jenny’s Fave” stuffed apple pie – inspired by Chicago native and former “Singled Out” host Jenny McCarthy – will be available at Chicago-area Giordano’s Pizza locations Saturday-December 31. A portion of the proceeds will support her autism charity, Generation Rescue.

McCarthy helped prepare a Giordano’s deep dish pizza with sausage and onions (her favorite toppings) when she co-hosted ABC’s “Windy City Live” in January.  “I have Giordano’s frozen pizza delivered to my house,” said McCarthy, who was living in the Los Angeles area at the time.
