Help wanted: ABC's 'Extreme Weight Loss' casting in Chicago

The ABC reality show “Extreme Weight Loss” (previously known as “Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition”) is looking for applicants who want to lose at least 50 percent of their body weight over the course of a year.

If you’re interested, there will be a casting call for the show’s fifth season Feb. 22 at Dave & Busters in Chicago from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Applicants must be 18 years or older and are asked to bring a photo of themselves to the audition. And if you can’t make the casting call, you can always audition by submitting a video online at extremeweightlosscasting.com.

The fourth season of “Extreme Weight Loss” will be co-hosted hosted by Chris Powell and his wife Heidi.
