The cast of “Shameless” wasn’t in Chicago very long last week. They never really are. But Emmy Rossum and co. still found time to hit up a few restaurants while here filming exterior scenes for the fourth season of the Showtime dramedy.
Rossum dined Feb. 11 at the newly opened Kinmont in River North with co-stars Jeremy Allen White and Steve Howey and Saturday at Nellcote. Fellow “Shameless” stars William H. Macy, Cameron Monaghan and Noel Fisher opted for Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab Feb. 11.
Macy and Rossum dined separately Feb. 10 at David Burke's Primehouse in The James Hotel and together Feb. 11.
Filming took place Feb. 11 through Saturday and included the Roosevelt L train station, a gas station in Lynwood and, of course, the North Lawndale neighborhood – the site of the Gallaghers’ home. Showtime announced this week it had renewed “Shameless” for a fifth season.
