Cicero man charged with assaulting 7 kids over 14 years

A Cicero man was ordered held without bail after being charged with sexually assaulting seven children over a 14-year period, according to Cook County prosecutors.

Maximino Roman-Castaneda, 57, of the 2000 block of South Cicero Avenue, appeared in Cook County bond court Sunday on charges of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child.
