Business travel’s a drag, but the frequent flier miles are a great perk. Still, how many upgrades and getaways to Hawaii can you really use anyway?
The Make-A-Wish Foundation–those good-hearted folks who bring dreams to life for kids with life-threatening illnesses–has a proposition. Give up some miles and help grant a child his or her wish.
The foundation estimates it would need more than 1 billion frequent flier miles to fulfill every child’s travel request this year. (In 2002 there were 9,000 wishes.)
